FAQs
Which book should we start with?
Most children should start with Book 1, which covers decimals, fractions and percentages — core skills tested in virtually every 11+ maths paper. If your child is already confident with these topics, start with the book that matches their weakest area.
Do we need all 5 books?
For complete 11+ Maths preparation, the 5-book bundle gives the strongest coverage across all the topics likely to appear in the exam. For targeted revision, choose the book that matches your child’s weakest topics and work through that first.
Are these suitable for independent study?
Yes. Each book includes clear explanations, structured practice, extra revision pages and a full answer section at the back — making them suitable for parent-led, tutor-led or fully independent work.
Are these only for 11+?
No. They also support KS2 maths and SATs preparation. The topic coverage maps closely to the KS2 curriculum, making them useful for any child in Years 4, 5 or 6.
Are answers included?
Yes. Full answers are included at the back of each book, so children can self-mark and parents can check progress without needing a separate guide.
